Homegroup at the Hawthornes

Come and learn more about God and more about yourself at our Monday Night Studies!

Wrap Up: Monday, Aug 23 @ 6:00 - potluck

Each Monday will consist of a d.v.d study, any where from 30 to 60 minutes long. All d.v.d.'s are from pastors who are from a church on Redding , California called Bethel Church.

After the d.v.d. there will be a short discussion on the theme for the evening. Possible themes: Practical Steps to Change the World, Un punishable, A Culture of Honor, From Paupers to Princes, and/ or d.v.d.'s from Bethel's night services.

I want this time to be important for you to learn something new about God and something new about yourself. To help you do this I will be giving each person who comes a journal, to jot down thoughts, questions or things that you want to discuss or keep to yourself.

Shooting for an end time of 9:00 or 9:30, if not sooner.

* We have quiet a few c.d.'s and some d.v.d.'s that you can sign out and take home for the week. There is a plethora of different themes and topics that you can choose from. The c.d.'s are great to listen to on your way to work or when you have some down time at home, or even if you are going for a walk. You can take it home and copy it to your ipod or mp3 player.

Wrap Up:

potluck - everyone will be asked to bring something.
